1. Introduction

Regent Legacy Limited provides services related to Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning. The specific services you receive will be detailed in a separate client agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of our services.
• Keep us informed of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your Will or Estate Planning.
• Review and approve any documentation provided by us in a timely manner.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees for services will be outlined in the client agreement. Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit: A deposit may be required upon signing the client agreement.
• Balance: The balance is due upon completion of the services or as otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in the client agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our services. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to provide accurate or complete information.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by you for those services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you will be required to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us in the first instance. We will follow the complaints procedure in line with the Society of Will Writers’ Code of Practice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to future services.
